For some reason, I'm on Carters "review list" and can't order with them anymore, like ever and customer service can't explain to me why this is. I've never heard of such a thing and I've never had negative history with anyone but Apparently I do with Carter's, HA! I hardly have a history at all with Carter's! It's absolutely ridiculous and they've lost my business and my friends and family. I'm glad they're business is doing so well that they can afford to lose business for no apparent reason. I've talked to multiple people at customer service, waiting for calls back and nothing.
I made an order for my best friend on April 15,2020. My best friend was suppose to receive it on April 30th. I've been calling every single day because they kept giving me the round around saying it will be here the next day. This was absotuely all lies. Everyday I would be on hold for 2 hours to talk to someone. On top that they are rude and in a rush to get you off the phone. They decided to tell me now because I called and asked that my package was lost. They had no audacity to send me an email or anything. I had to call in order to find out. Also, they put the wrong billing address after I told them twice the correct billing address for them to refund me my money. I am very upset with carters and their customer service. They need people who are attentive and on top of peoples information. I do not recommend to order from carters at all! I really don't want to give carters one star as a review because there is no option to put zero stars for them. So, this should tell you a lot!

Re order #BCAR71056068. I purchased two onesies with a bow online. I did not receive a notification email or SMS text when the item was shipped. 5 days later I got an email stating that it had arrived in store. I drove 10 miles to the store. Luckily for me I opened the package before leaving the store. How about they sent a pack of toddler briefs instead. The sales rep contacted online services and they said they would ship the correct order again to the store. They did not offer to expedite, ship to home or any compensation whatsoever.
Now I will have to drive another 10 miles to the store again. This is unacceptable. Who is responsible for packaging orders? Customer service is horrible. I will not be shopping at Carters again.
I ordered two pairs of sandals which were supposedly delivered this morning at 8:40am to the "side door" at my address. Well, there is no side door so I would like to know where my package was dropped off. I asked the neighbors and even the store next door. It's nowhere. So I contacted the delivery company and all I got was an automated response saying they would get back to me within 48 hours. Gee, thanks for the customer service! I am so upset and will never order online from them again!
Terrible customer service. You might as well be talking to a robot. The "Supervisors" are no better. Avoid.
Thinking about getting a credit card for carters? PLEASE stop right where you are and go somewhere else. They use Comenity bank. no big deal, right?
the only way to pay is by mail, or in the store. We have made 2 payments over the last 2 months, through a routing/account number of our bank account. both payments were deducted out of our account. Then out of nowhere, the payment was returned, and magically, i am charged a "return" fee. Only problem is that there was ample funds to ccover the low payment. Called my bank. The payment was returned by carters, and upon speaking with carters "customer service" dept, (after wasting 45 minutes of wait time, the employee offered no explaination,and of course no reversal of the $37 return fee.
Carters/Comenity bank are not good companies, and do not value you, your business, NOTHING!!!

Literally just got the clothes in the mail today. Washed them 1 time and they look like they have been washed 1,000 times. I am highly disappointed and I will no longer be looking to buy their clothing. $317 dollars for clothes that fall apart.
In 2008 with my 1st baby the clothing was amazing! The durable fabric,stitching, embroidery, details, everything was great! I had my next baby in 2010 the quality was a bit cheaper. Fast forward to 2021 and it’s garbage! It’s so obvious all the corners that have been cut to raise the prices and lower the quality. Terrible clothing, cute fabric is how they survive but seriously what a waste from what used to be a great company!!!
I made an order it was good went through and I received the clothing. I am so disappointed with the shorts I ordered. The elastics are no good in the top. They are a little big but if the elastic was good he could keep them up. Shameful!!! I placed another order for knit shorts. It never went through, I had to call customer service. She said it did not go through and I would have to ordered again. I said forget it. NO
Got baby body suit from Carter's. Got the wrong size. The company is just a delivery company with no responsibility or customer service. Did not get response at all- just stuck with the product- try to avoid them!
Went to parkchester located. One lady employee was rude & was showing damn care. No greeding, no eye contact, no smiling. Instead of being kind, helpful she was showing her damn attitude. Wanted to ask her something but she didn't replied & was folding thr closths which isn't a good hospitality. As a regular member totally disappointed & will nolonger go there.
I love Carter's!!! The quality of the shirts and pants is really good. Especially the design, always colorful and "catchy". The fabric of all clothes is comfortable and soft. But, at the same time, baby clothes do not last more than 5-6 washes, which is very important, since with a very active baby you have to do laundry almost every single day. That's why I give it 3 stars. I wish someday Carter's would choose the more durable fabric for their clothes
I have been ordering clothes from carters website for at least 5 years for my children. Over the last year I've noticed a lot of glitches with the website. It's usually my orders disappearing or not being able to save anything to favorites. Over a week ago I ordered again. This time I applied for the carters credit card to get the 25% off my order. At first it showed the 25% off being taken off my order but when I clicked off and clicked back on my shopping cart the 25% off disappeared. After checking out the 25% off still was not taken off my order and once again my order disappeared. I contacted carter customer service TWICE still with no response. My order finally reappeared but I still did not receive my 25% off and on top of that I was not sent any info on my carters credit card so I'm unable to create an account to make payments. This is absolutely ridiculous.
